The founder of Phenix Salon Suites, Gina Rivera, still works in her own suite several days a week as a hair dresser. SALON PROFESSIONALS WITH OVER 8 DECADES OF EXPERIENCE!

Phenix Salon Suites was founded by a family of Salon Professionals with over 84 years of experience in the Salon Industry. Salon Professionals used to only have two choices to provide their services to customers. One was to work on a commission basis and take home about 40% of their earnings. The other option was to rent a booth from a salon owner, but still have to live by the owner’s rules and work on the owner’s hours. In 2007 Phenix Salon Suites pioneered a new vision in Colorado Springs, CO to give salon professionals the opportunity to run their own salon business at a fraction of the cost it takes to open a full fledge salon and for about the same amount that salon professionals pay for booth rent. The concept was an immediate success and the Phenix Salon Suites began opening additional locations.
